We’re built for growing entrepreneurs.
Danny grew up in Miami, FL, he graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and earned his Master's Degree in Taxation from Florida International University. He's also a United State Marine Corps Veteran.
During his tour in the Marine Corps, Daniel served as the director of various multi-million dollar accounts that were responsible for supplying Marine Expeditionary Force units with components for sensitive equipment used to accomplish worldwide, real-time operations during his service.
Prior to founding Full Compliance LLC, Daniel worked at large and mid-sized regional public accounting firms and in a specialized consolidated entity division of a Fortune 500 real estate development company.
On January 3, 2006, Daniel founded Full Compliance, LLC with the goal of building a firm that protects its client's best interests by preparing returns that are in "Full Compliance" with federal and state laws and regulations while striving to achieve the lowest legal tax possible for his clients.
Daniel is an Enrolled Agent. EA status is the highest credential awarded by the IRS. Individuals who obtain this elite status have unlimited practice rights. This means that like attorneys and certified public accountants, they are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and in what IRS offices they can represent clients.
He also specializes in Proactive Tax Planning as a Certified Tax Coach. Traditional tax professionals focus on putting the right numbers in the right boxes on the right forms. Daniel takes tax planning to the next level. Certified Tax Coaches focus on court-tested, IRS-approved strategies for minimizing tax, maximizing deductions from real estate and passive activities, maximizing retirement savings, and similarly powerful strategies. As tax laws continue to evolve and change, this sort of proactive planning will become even more important in the future.
Daniel is a Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute. NTPI Fellows® have completed a demanding curriculum that has uniquely prepared them to effectively represent their clients before all administrative levels of the IRS. Having successfully completed coursework covering all variances of examinations, audits, collections and appeals, and having studied best practices and role-playing, Fellows know the entire process from both the client and IRS perspective. While earning the EA license denotes competence and the right to represent taxpayers, Fellows have made the commitment to a higher level of knowledge and excellence which further sets them apart. The course, open only to enrolled agents, CPAs and tax attorneys, was developed to prepare licensed representatives to protect their clients’ rights by disseminating the most recent information about IRS laws and procedures critical to representation.
Danny has a passion for taxes, accounting and seeing his clients grow.
